For any type of sport, technique is fundamental; the more technical concepts are developed and applied, the better the execution of the stroke will be. Basically it is about knowing the technique perfectly to be able to apply it, it is the only way to have body control and with it, ball control.
That is what BLOCK 1 is about, knowing and working on all the fundamental concepts to apply in padel strokes. A training block for beginner padel players, both for those who take classes and those who do not. Our objective is to make known in a precise way everything related to this fundamental concept: THE TECHNIQUE.
