Defensive concepts. The balloon

It is undoubtedly the most important hit in paddle tennis: 80% of the shots in paddle tennis are balloons, for the reasons that we will analyze in this block. For the Technical Staff, it is the block that requires the maximum intelligence of the player, since mastering all the concepts requires a lot of discipline.

 

The objective of BLOCK 4, in addition to studying and analyzing in depth what we have said about the balloon, we will study the defensive game starting with knowing how to dominate the walls or crystals, we will support the appropriate tools to solve situations and what to do next. We guarantee that this block will change 100% the concept of paddle tennis and our students will begin to apply intelligence in the game.
